Synchronized swimming events include:
- Solo
- Duet
- Trio
- Team (minimum 4 members and maximum 8 members)
Competitors will perform a technical program and a free program in each event they have entered.

The breakdown is based on previous Gay Games history in Europe:
- 50% Men, 50% Women
- 20% North America, 80% Remaining Countries

- A Well-known and strong experience in organizing large-scale competitions
- A beautiful and well-equipped swimming pool highly recognized by IGLA swimmers
- Active support from the Fédération Française de Natation
- Paris Aquatique worldwide famous LGBT swimming club, recognized among IGLA members, will ensure the utmost seriousness in terms of organization and conviviality.
