Event
The competition includes separate men’s and women’s tournaments.
Each tournament consists of two sessions:
- Preliminary rounds organized as a pool system (minimum 2 sets of 25 points each or 45-minute time limit),
- Double elimination rounds (best of 3 sets).

The breakdown is based on previous Gay Games history in Europe:
- 70% Men, 30% Women
- 50% North America, 50% remaining countries

- Strong experience in organizing volleyball tournaments
- A major venue to run the tournament in one unique area,
- Support from the Volleyball Federation and Île-de-France League.
