Annual General Assembly of the Federation of Gay Games – in Paris

From 26-31 October, the Annual General Assembly of the Federation of Gay Games will take place in Paris.

Many amazing moments will take place during the week: visits to many 2018 sports and culture venues, the 2022 Bidder presentations, a Gala charity dinner, and finally, the announcement of the Host for Gay Games XI in 2022.

Registration for Rowing is open !

Since 11 September 2017, registration for rowing is open. The rowing regatta will take place at the new championship rowing center located at the l’Île-de-Loisirs de Vaires-Torcy, 30 km from Paris (and very accessible by public transportation). It will be organized by Paris 2018 with support from the French Federation of Rowing (la Fédération Française d’Aviron).

Rowing is reaching 100 participants in just 2 weeks. Don’t wait anymore, and register for your sport before it is too late… register here !

Paris 2018 representative will be in California

Manuel Picaud, Paris 2018 Co-President, will be in California in early October to promote Gay Games 10. The Consulates of France in Los Angeles and San Francisco will welcome representatives of local clubs, organizations, press, Gay Games Ambassadors, and Paris 2018 partners.

Additional meetings will also be organized. You can see us in Palm Springs at Hunters nightclub on October 7 from 3-5PM, and in San Francisco at the free community forum OurTownSF Non-Profit Expo 2017 on October 14 from noon to 4:30PM at the Eureka Valley Rec Center on Collingwood Street in the Castro.

Opening party? At the Grand Palais!

After attending the fabulous Opening Ceremony on 4 August 2018 at the Jean Bouin Stadium, you can continue your evening of celebration.
