The Organizing Committee of Paris 2018 is composed of :
- the Board of Directors elected by the members at the General Assembly.

Paris 2018 has its office in Bagnolet (subway's station: Gallieni) in Gallieni 2 Tower at 36 avenue du Général de Gaulle within the French Federation of Fencing.
Our executive delegate Angel Tapia-Fernandez, paid by the Ministry of Town, Youth and Sports, under the authority of the president, contributes to monitor the planning of the event.
The Steering Committee gathers representatives of the Federation of Gay Games and Paris 2018 and meets twice a year face-to-face and monthly during conference calls.
The Institutional Committee gathers Paris 2018 and the three levels of institutional support, ie, National governement, Regional governement and the City of Paris. It allows to ensure compliance with public service missions as fighting against discrimination, increasing the influence of France, the promotion of sport for all, on the one hand and to ensure the proper preparation of the event on the other hand.
