Softball From Sunday 5 August to Thursday 9 August 2018The female’s and male’s Softball tournaments were organized by BK PARIS SOFTBALL CLUB with the help of the French Baseball and Softball Federation (FFBS).
Nearly 200 players were registered for the 5 tournaments of the program.
The event was open to everyone, men and women, regardless of ability.

5 divisions are planned :
Every division includes preliminary rounds (from Sunday to Tuesday) and a final phase (from Wednesday to Thursday).

The Paris 2018 Gay Games 10 organizing committee reserves the right to modify the schedule if the number of registrants necessitates it.
For Slowpitch Open (Men/Mixed), 12 inch, there are 4 divisions:
There is only one division (no category by age or level) for:
If one of the 5 tournament or 1 division of slowpitch Open (Men/Mixed), 12 inch, gets fewer than 4 teams registered, then this division will be cancelled. The affected teams will be transferred to another division.
Everybody, whatever the gender, can play in the tournament for men and mixed.
Women categories are reserved only for women.

BK Paris Softball ClubFounded in 2003, BK Paris Softball Club is a Softball club .
The BK Paris Softball Club was founded in 1997 with a view to competing in the Amsterdam Gay Games the following year. Since its inception, the club has taken part in the French federation championships.
The purpose of BK Paris Softball Club is to enable all gays, lesbians, heterosexuals, bisexuals and transsexuals of any age and all levels of athletic ability to play softball for fun and competition, with no selection.
